Registration Procedure

Because we have two different chapter meetings this year and those meetings have a strict attendance cap of 25 members each, registration will be a three-step process.

  1. If you would like to attend one of the meetings in summer 2021, you must fill out this survey and return it by April 16.

  2. Once we determine interest and space, we will email you an invitation sometime after April 16 so that you can register and pay for whichever meeting you are eligible to attend.
  3. After you pay for meeting registration, we will send you another link, this one to register and pay for your hotel. Because the registration for attending the meeting is separate from for payment for lodging, you have much more flexibility in cancelling if you need to. Although the meeting registration fee is nonrefundable, the hotels have granted a generous cancellation policy.

Please note: attendees must stay at the host hotel in order to attend the meeting. No exceptions.

Note: We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s choices, but with the 25-person limit at each meeting, it’s best to be prepared for your second or even third choice. If demand is high, there will be a waiting list. Final registration will close on May 1 for all meetings.
